Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
- Manage external audit processes and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Optimize internal controls and financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by the CFO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional integrity.
