Responsibilities
- Manage the complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
- Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments.
- Oversee tax filing procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Design and implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop detailed financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders and investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and banking partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial auditing.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary finance teams.
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
