Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Manage audit preparation and external reporting requirements
- Drive process optimization in accounts payable/receivable systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to C-suite for decision-making
- Mentor accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Proven experience in SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing teams of 3+ professionals
