Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and payroll
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with executive-level insights
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Strong SOX compliance and internal controls experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership managing accounting teams
- Experience in multinational corporations
