Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for $500M+ revenue streams
- Manage GL operations, intercompany reconciliations, and audit coordination
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial modeling
- Mentor junior finance professionals and implement best practices
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems
- Expertise in SOX compliance and multinational accounting standards
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth industries
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
