Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports for board review.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for year-end compliance.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Mentor and develop the internal accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards and regulatory reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
