Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting for $500M+ investment portfolio and stakeholders
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Drive process optimization in FP&A and treasury operations
- Manage cross-functional teams and external audit relationships
- Lead M&A financial due diligence and integration activities
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in finance/accounting
- Experience with private equity/hedge fund accounting preferred
- Expertise in complex financial modeling and analysis tools
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Black Diamond systems
- Strong SEC reporting experience (10-K, 10-Q)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
