Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage GL operations, reconciliations, and SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Drive process improvements in financial controls and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Mentor accounting staff and develop departmental KPIs
- Interface with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance/accounting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ accounting professionals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
- Big Four public accounting background highly valued
