Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
- Manage cross-functional budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5+ finance professionals
Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent international certification required
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record leading financial audits and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
