Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with zero material misstatements
- Lead financial reporting initiatives for 20+ global subsidiaries
- Develop and implement internal controls exceeding SOX requirements
- Drive process automation using NetSuite and Power BI
- Conduct variance analysis for $50M+ revenue streams
- Manage audit relationships with Big 4 firms
- Mentor team of 5 accounting professionals
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel
- Proven track record of process optimization in high-growth environments
- M&A transaction experience with due diligence integration
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Experience with multi-currency consolidations
