- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage financial reporting including consolidated statements and executive dashboards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Coordinate annual audits and tax compliance activities
- Mentor junior finance professionals and optimize accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience managing international financial operations and multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven leadership in mentoring finance teams and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
