Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Lead financial modeling and analysis for M&A transactions and investment evaluations
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Implement financial systems improvements using ERP solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive experience in public accounting and corporate finance
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Experience in private equity or investment management preferred
