Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes for 15+ institutional investment portfolios
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Lead financial forecasting and variance analysis with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow across global operations
- Drive process automation initiatives using SAP and BlackRock Aladdin platforms
- Mentor junior finance analysts through structured development programs
- Present financial insights to executive committees and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A analysis)
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query and VBA automation
- Experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and IFRS compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA preferred
- BlackRock Aladdin or Bloomberg Terminal certification required
