Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Manage corporate treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and tax regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies.
- Oversee internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison with banking partners.
- Implement scalable financial systems and automation tools to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting and variance analysis to the CFO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification is strongly required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Advanced analytical skills with a mastery of Excel and financial modeling software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive briefings.
