Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Manage external audit relationships, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Implement advanced financial software and automation to enhance internal controls and reporting efficiency.
- Provide critical financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Deep expertise in US GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into executive-level insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
