Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage audit processes and serve as primary liaison for external auditors
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor finance team members to drive professional growth and skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record in process improvement and system implementation
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with executive presentation skills
- Experience in multinational corporate environments preferred
