Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure complete compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Mentor and develop the junior accounting and finance staff.
- Oversee tax filing requirements and liaise with external tax advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
