Responsibilities
- Manage all month-end and year-end closing processes and consolidated financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Direct the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for annual compliance filings.
- Supervise the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, mentorship, and professional growth.
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding business performance.
- Optimize cash flow management and liquidity strategies to support operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Superior attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
