Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes for 15+ portfolio companies
- Design and implement internal controls to ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Lead cash flow forecasting and treasury management for $500M+ liquidity
- Manage FP&A processes including budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Chair audit committees and liaise with external auditors/regulators
- Mentor 5-person accounting team through performance development plans
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite and Power BI analytics
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting/finance leadership
- Experience with SEC reporting and multi-entity consolidation
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, pivot tables) and ERP proficiency
- Strong background in private equity/venture capital portfolio oversight
- Proven track record of process improvement and team scaling
- Excellent presentation skills for board-level financial reporting
- Experience with cross-border accounting (IFRS/US GAAP)
