Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for client decision-making
- Lead tax planning initiatives and coordinate external audits
- Mentor junior team members through training programs and performance reviews
- Streamline accounting processes using ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
- Proven ability to improve financial processes and reduce operational costs
