Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 99% accuracy
- Develop and implement advanced financial forecasting models for 15+ investment vehicles
- Direct cross-functional audits ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls
- Present executive-level financial insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Optimize treasury operations and capital allocation strategies
- Mentor 5+ junior analysts through structured development programs
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in FP&A systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in financial control or similar senior role
- Proven expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- Experience managing $1B+ portfolios in investment/finance sector
- Strong leadership background with direct team management
- Expertise in risk assessment and regulatory frameworks (Dodd-Frank, Basel)
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
