Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 99.9% accuracy
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ revenue streams
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor and develop a team of 8 finance professionals
Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent international certification required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in SaaS/tech sector accounting and revenue recognition
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with multinational tax and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
