Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team regarding financial performance and budgeting.
- Mentor and develop the junior accounting team to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Active CPA license required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in finance or investment sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or Sage Intacct preferred).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling and data visualization).
