Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee all statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Direct the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, internal controls, and financial systems.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and budgeting support to department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in US GAAP and complex financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing accounting teams.
- Advanced technical skills in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP experience preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial findings to board-level stakeholders.
