- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations

- Drive process improvements in accounting workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster team excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and international financial standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Proven experience managing SOX audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
