Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and payroll.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax filing preparations.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and variance analyses for senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance ERP system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public audit.
- Expert-level proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced technical skills in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP experience preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional finance teams.
