Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with leadership to create and monitor detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax filings, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards.
- Optimize cash management strategies and treasury operations to support liquidity goals.
- Mentor and lead a growing team of accounting professionals to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Deep expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy.
