Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to manage annual audits and tax compliance filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting.
- Oversee the treasury function and manage banking relationships to optimize liquidity and cash flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation and financial software (NetSuite or Sage Intacct preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
