Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes for 15+ corporate clients
- Design and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead financial audits and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Mentor junior staff through structured training programs
- Analyze variance reports and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with tax specialists to optimize client portfolios
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and BI tools
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong leadership background with cross-functional project management
- Experience with SEC reporting and IFRS standards
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
