Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and reporting frameworks
- Analyze financial performance, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations
- Lead financial system implementations and process improvements
- Mentor junior finance staff and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years in accounting/finance
- Experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Demonstrated leadership in finance transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in investment management or private equity a plus
