Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/year-end close processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Lead cross-functional projects for financial system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA required
- 8+ years in progressive accounting roles with public company experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+
