Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead financial strategy development and implementation for high-growth portfolio companies
- Drive process optimization through automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional relationships with C-suite executives and external auditors
- Mentor junior accounting professionals while maintaining rigorous quality standards
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control framework improvements
- Develop and present financial insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record in financial systems implementation (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI/Tableau visualization experience
- Strong leadership background managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
