Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes for multiple entities.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Direct cash management, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
- Oversee tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and external audit procedures.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and actionable business insights to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting and rolling financial forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and corporate taxation requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to streamline financial reporting workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
