Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance across all entities
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including SEC filings and investor presentations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage a team of 5+ financial analysts through mentorship and performance development
- Drive process optimization through automation and technology integration
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for executive decision support
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional finance teams
- Strong background in financial reporting for multinational corporations
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Experience in financial services or investment management industry
