Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Oversee financial reporting including GAAP-compliant statements and management dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of leading complex financial operations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with multinational accounting and consolidation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
