What You'll Achieve:
Lead month-end closing processes, ensure SOX compliance, and optimize financial reporting systems. You'll mentor junior staff and collaborate with executive leadership to shape fiscal strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and payroll
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions
- Lead external audits and maintain banking relationships
- Mentor accounting staff and improve department workflows
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience managing teams of 3+ professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Big Four public accounting background preferred
