Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead financial modeling and forecasting for 15+ business units
- Develop and implement internal controls for treasury operations
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A due diligence
- Manage external audits and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior finance professionals through structured programs
- Drive automation initiatives for financial workflows
Qualifications
- CPA license with 8+ years in finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP
- Expertise in IFRS and GAAP compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA
- Experience managing cross-functional finance teams
