Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and compliance with FCA regulations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Present financial insights to stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior finance team members and drive process improvements
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external regulators
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 8+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven expertise in financial services regulation (FCA/PRA)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI
- Strong SOX 404 compliance and internal control experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience managing multi-currency operations and international reporting
- Post-graduate qualification or MBA preferred
