Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS compliance)
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX 404 audit coordination
- Develop financial models for M&A activities and capital allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional budgets forecasting with 95%+ accuracy
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Present financial insights to C-suite and investment committees
- Mentor junior finance professionals through structured development programs
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in finance/audit (Big 4 preferred)
- Expertise in SEC filings and investment fund accounting
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated success in scaling finance operations for $1B+ AUM
- Strong knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulations
