Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage audit processes and relationships with external auditors
- Drive process optimization in accounting systems and workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA required
- 7+ years in public accounting or corporate finance leadership
- Expertise in SEC reporting and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Demonstrated experience in M&A accounting integration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
