Responsibilities
- Manage all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for annual audits and filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred) and Excel.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
