Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable financial systems and internal control frameworks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budget forecasts, and cash flow analysis for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Direct treasury operations and manage relationships with banking and financial institutions.
- Oversee the payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions to ensure high accuracy.
- Support cross-functional leadership on strategic business initiatives and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification is strictly required for this position.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in progressive financial management roles.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Oracle experience is a plus).
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP standards and corporate taxation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced analytical, technical, and communication abilities.
