Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Direct internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting to support executive leadership strategic planning.
- Supervise, mentor, and elevate the performance of the accounting and bookkeeping team.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, workflows, and reporting automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and audit workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
