Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Direct internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement sophisticated financial forecasting models and cash flow projections.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions and optimize organizational treasury management.
- Provide actionable financial insights to the CFO to support long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial compliance, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
