Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals
- Implement and optimize internal controls and SOX compliance
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable business insights
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting, SOX compliance, and GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience managing cross-functional financial teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
