Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for portfolio companies
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting automation
- Manage external audit relationships and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior finance professionals and foster team growth
- Collaborate with investment teams on financial due diligence and valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA required)
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience in investment banking or private equity
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations for portfolio companies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ) and ERP systems
