Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 48-hour accuracy
- Oversee SOX compliance testing and internal control framework implementation
- Develop financial models for M&A activities and capital allocation strategies
- Direct cross-functional audits with external partners (Big Four experience preferred)
- Mentor 3+ financial analysts while maintaining hands-on technical oversight
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive process automation initiatives using SAP and Oracle systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency with Power Query and VBA implementation
- Proven experience with multi-currency consolidation and IFRS/US GAAP
- Expertise in financial risk management and treasury operations
- Strong leadership background managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA from AACSB-accredited institution
