Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Implement financial systems upgrades and process improvements
- Mentor finance team members and drive departmental excellence
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in finance/accounting
- Big 4 public accounting background required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Experience managing SEC filings and complex financial structures
- Demonstrated leadership in high-growth environments
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
