- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and revenue recognition.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with strict adherence to GAAP.
- Provide actionable financial analysis to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax compliance filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Optimize cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA highly preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
- Deep expertise in GAAP regulations and complex financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling finance operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strategic business mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operations.
