Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow analysis, and capital structure optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Direct internal and external audits, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee tax planning and ensure timely filing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Implement scalable financial controls and automated reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or corporate accounting.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial transformation.
